Looking forward to a great RLI cookout with five chapters tonight, last night was a great dinner with another RLI chapter. This is one of the things I am most proud of as a CEO. We have taught and created a culture where our members develop DEEP relationships with each other which results in more referrals and life long friendships. If you networking group doesn't promote relationships outside of your weekly meetings then maybe it is time to check out what REAL networking looks like.
